- Surgical procedures to alter the appearance or function of the body.
- Prosthetic devices." (p. 108)
Litigation:
Fletcher v. State of Alaska successfully challenged the transgender exclusion. The court ruled the exclusion was unlawful and enjoined the state from enforcing it, but an appeal may be pending.
